Carmen Ministries issues a newsletter each quarter. We use these newsletters to spread the word of Carmen Ministries’ work. We also use these newsletters as an vehicle of encouragement for our boys. Often we publish a boy’s letter, another boy’s poem, a piece of religious artwork created by one of our boys . . .
